Job summary

Cencora's World Courier unit in Illinois seeks a senior sales professional to drive revenue in Biopharma logistics, develop strategic plans, and lead regional collaboration. You will identify and pursue key clients, manage budgets, and promote services at events while maintaining strong client relationships to grow the portfolio.

Required are 6–8 years of sales experience, a Bachelor's degree, and proficiency with PowerPoint, Word, and Excel; travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• 6–8 years of sales experience delivering high-quality services.
• Sales experience and account-based selling preferred.
• Experience selling to pharmaceutical or medical logistics industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed targeted plan revenue in the territory.
• Develop and implement strategic plan aligned with World Courier’s direction.
• Collaborate with Regional sales team to align plans and strategies.
• Engender a positive culture focused on cooperation, communication, efficiency and transparency.
• Identify potential clients in Biopharmaceutical and Clinical Trials logistics.
• Visit potential clients to promote World Courier offerings and partnerships.
• Manage the budget within the sales portfolio to meet objectives.
• Attend conferences, trade shows and events to market services.
• Maintain ongoing client communications and grow relationships.
• Coordinate advertising within portfolios and measure outcomes.
• Maintain Salesforce activity and pipeline opportunities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
