Qualifications

• More than seven (7) years of progressively responsible experience running or managing a biomedical research laboratory.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day scientific, technical, operational, and administrative activities of the research laboratory.
• Supervise and train laboratory technicians and administrative staff; monitor workload, performance, and deliverables.
• Oversee technical programs, track milestones, budgets, expenditures, and reporting.
• Coordinate grant submissions, IRB-related activities, and vendor or collaborator agreements.
• Maintain schedules and ensure inputs and approvals for grants and reports.
• Collaborate with senior Institute administrators on staffing, contracts and grants, and compliance.
