Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Informatics, Biomedical Engineering, Public Health, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, or a related field plus three (3) years of experience in biomedical data management.
• Two (2) years in data wrangling with Python or R; ETL/ELT pipelines using Spark, Airflow, Databricks; data management within regulatory frameworks.
• One (1) year in Digital Pathology workflows, CI/CD for data (GitHub Actions), and Docker; oncology/clinical trial data experience.

Responsibilities

• Define governance and scale for clinical and translational datasets.
• Own the data platform vision and architect end-to-end data management.
• Lead standards for data models, workflows, and toolchains across products and partners.
• Serve as SME for digital pathology data and complex integrations.
