Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain biomarker analytics pipelines and R packages.
• Support data operations, QC, and reproducibility across analyses.
• Collaborate with scientists to structure biomarker data for analysis.
• Contribute to open source code and AI-assisted workflows.
• Provide timely, well-documented outputs for stakeholders.
