Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks a Senior Specialist in Advanced Process Analytics & Data Strategy to drive data-driven process insights for biologics manufacturing. You will develop analytics, enable monitoring and modeling, and collaborate across IT, scientists, and engineers to improve data quality and governance.

The role focuses on GMP-regulated biologics environments, data architecture across MES/LIMS/PI, and digital workflows for AI/ML models, with remote/hybrid work and 10–15% travel

Qualifications

• B.S. in Chemical/Biochemical/Bioengineering or related field.
• 5+ years of biopharma manufacturing experience.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and R for data analytics.
• Experience with process data systems and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize analytics solutions for biologics processes.
• Support process standardization across manufacturing sites.
• Build and maintain data architectures across MES, LIMS, and PI Historian.
• Enable process monitoring, modeling, and statistical analyses.
• Collaborate with IT, scientists, and engineers to improve data quality and governance.
• Contribute to digital workflows supporting PPM, CPV, and AI/ML models.
• Promote data standards and literacy across teams.
