Job summary

NEPSE Trading is seeking a remote Analytics/Data Engineer for a US-based role. You will design data models across field, brand, patient, access and omnichannel, and integrate Rx/sales data with CRM and digital feeds to enable insights.

The ideal candidate has 5–8+ years in analytics or data engineering, pharma commercial data experience, and strong SQL, Python and platforms like Snowflake or Databricks. This is a remote, national opportunity.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8+ years in analytics or data engineering
• Experience with pharma commercialization data is required
• Experience with sales, field effectiveness, and patient analytics is preferred

Responsibilities

• Design data models across field, brand, patient, access and omnichannel
• Integrate Rx/sales, claims, specialty pharmacy, hub, CRM and digital data
• Develop ETL/ELT pipelines and curated datasets with validation checks
• Create marts and semantic layers with KPI logic for analytics
• Ensure data quality and reliable source-to-target mappings
