Qualifications

• BS/MS in biology, environmental science, or related field.
• 6+ years of consulting with CA electric/gas transmission and generation markets.
• Proven track record delivering multi-million-dollar environmental programs.
• Established relationships with California utilities (PG&E, SCE, Sempra) and regulators.
• Strong CEQA/NEPA impact assessment and permitting knowledge.
• Business acumen to identify opportunities and deliver enterprise-wide solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental permitting and regulatory compliance for large-scale power and renewable projects.
• Advise utilities and technology clients on CEQA/NEPA and permitting.
• Develop permit strategies and negotiate conditions with agencies.
• Mentor consultants and grow ERM's CPD services.
• Drive innovation in impact assessment and planning offerings.
