Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions for bioinformatic pipelines.
• Create, optimize, and maintain data models for assembly, mapping, variant calling, and annotation.
• Develop and optimize ETL processes and APIs for data integration.
• Analyze and optimize SQL queries; contribute to schema design for performance.
• Build dashboards and automated reports to provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with analysts, clinicians, and engineers to deliver integrations.
• Ensure quality through testing and thorough documentation.
