Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; experience may substitute for education.
• Minimum of 3 years of related experience.
• NSF Biosafety Cabinet Field Certifier Accreditation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct decontaminations, testing, verification and certification of biocontainment systems.
• Certify Biological Safety Cabinets and HEPA filtration systems in air handlers including exhaust and supply systems.
• Coordinate with facilities, science, animal groups to decontaminate suites and assist in annual recertification.
