Job summary

Arcetyp LLC is seeking a Quality Assurance Support Specialist to provide onsite QA support for major repair, replacement, maintenance, and construction projects at Fort Detrick, Maryland. The role focuses on high-containment medical research facilities and requires deep knowledge of BSL-3/4 environments, regulatory compliance, and routine QA/QC practices.

You will review, validate, and coordinate technical documentation with facility and laboratory staff, ensure adherence to CDC biosafety

Qualifications

10+ years in high-containment medical research facilities.
5+ years QA/QC in biosafety labs.
Must be a U.S. citizen with Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

Provide onsite QA support for major repair, replacement, maintenance, and construction projects.
Review project schedules, technical documentation, and commissioning plans.
Coordinate daily with Facility Managers, Project Managers, facilities staff, lab personnel, and Government personnel.
Attend meetings supporting operations, repair, maintenance, and construction activities.
Provide weekly project status updates to Government officials.
Conduct field surveys to assess facility layouts and conditions.
Perform QC inspections of high-containment facility systems up to BSL-4.
