Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Biology or related field.
• 7+ years of biopharmaceutical manufacturing or related experience.
• Hands-on cGMP experience in clinical or commercial settings.
• Experience with ADCs or bioconjugation is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for bioconjugation and ADC processes.
• Lead technology transfer and scale‑up activities.
• Drive process optimization and CAPA investigations.
• Collaborate with QA, MSAT, and Manufacturing teams.
