• Ability to manage multiple projects across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Drive method development for analytical platforms (HPLC/UPLC, LC-MS, cIEF, binding assays).
• Provide independent analytical testing supports for R&D programs.
• Plan, analyze, and troubleshoot projects to ensure on-time delivery.
• Draft reports, study protocols, and result summaries; present to cross-functional teams.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance data analysis workflows.
