Precision Medicine Group in Frederick, MD seeks a Senior Research Associate (Bioanalytical) to perform bioanalysis for commercial clients, using Softmax/MSD benchwork software and analyzing data in Prism and Excel. The role includes sample preparation, reagent production, and maintaining equipment per SOPs.

Essential duties cover conducting immunological assays (ADA, PK, Potency), QC analyses, assay development, and training of staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry or Life Sciences or equivalent.
• 4 years' relevant laboratory experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintains instrument and reagent inventory per SOPs.
• Conducts immunological assays including ADA, PK and Potency.
• Independently plans and conducts bioassays for different customers.
• Performs QC analyses to ensure results meet specifications.
• Assists in training and SOP development.
