Sci.bio Recruiting seeks a Research Associate or Senior Research Associate, Bioanalytical Sciences, to support discovery, pharmacology, and preclinical programs with MSD-based immunoassays. This bench-focused role emphasizes assay development, troubleshooting, and data interpretation within cross-functional teams.

The candidate will prepare samples, optimize methods, and ensure accurate records while collaborating with CRO partners as needed.

Qualifications

• BS + 3 years or MS + 1 year of hands-on lab experience in biotech/pharma/CRO.
• Degree in biochemistry, molecular biology, immunology, bioengineering or related.
• Hands-on MSD ELISA assays required.
• Knowledge of ligand-binding assays and standard curve analysis.
• Experience with cell culture and basic statistics.
• Proficiency with GraphPad Prism and Excel; ELN/LIMS knowledge (Benchling).
• Strong communication and ability to work independently and manage studies.

Responsibilities

• Execute MSD ELISA immunoassays for PK, biodistribution, and biomarker studies.
• Develop, optimize, and qualify MSD methods including validation of accuracy and precision.
• Prepare tissue and cell samples for quantitative analysis.
• Analyze, interpret, and present bioanalytical data to cross-functional teams.
• Maintain accurate laboratory records and ensure GMP-like compliance where applicable.
• Support assay transfers to CRO partners and manage reagent inventory.
