Job summary

4over is seeking a Bindery Operator II to join our Miami, FL plant. You will set up and operate bindery equipment to produce finished products meeting customer specifications and quality standards.

The role is 1st shift, Monday–Friday, roughly 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, with hours varying by business needs. Salary ranges from $18.00 to $21.00 hourly, with compensation based on experience and training opportunities available.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a fast-paced production/manufacturing environment.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalency.

Responsibilities

• Set up machines and adjust parameters to meet production requirements.
• Monitor machine performance and maintain quality and efficiency.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
• Bundle, stack, and palletize finished products safely.
• Adhere to safety rules and report injuries or issues.
