Job summary

4over is seeking a Bindery Operator for the 1st shift at our OH-Dayton Plant in Huber Heights. The role involves setup, adjustment, and safe operation of bindery equipment to meet customer specifications, with a 10:00 PM–6:00 AM schedule on a 5-day workweek when needed.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in a fast-paced environment, a High School Diploma or GED, and strong attention to detail. Training, PPE, and safety protocols are emphasized.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a fast-paced production/manufacturing environment
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to read and understand English instructions
• Strong math, hand-eye coordination, and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Set up machines, verify readiness, and adjust parameters to meet production requirements.
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Perform routine machine maintenance, lubrication and cleaning.
• Unload materials from machines and stack finished products safely.
• Report injuries, near misses and safety concerns to management.
