Job summary

4over is seeking an Operator I, Bindery for the 3rd shift at our Dayton/Huber Heights, OH facility. The role oversees setup, adjustment and safe operation of bindery equipment to meet customer specs and quality standards.

The position requires 1 year in a fast-paced production environment, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to work nights Monday–Friday. Compensation ranges from $17.00 to $20.00 hourly and includes standard company benefits.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a fast-paced production/manufacturing environment.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalency.

Responsibilities

• Set up machines, verify readiness, and adjust operating parameters.
• Monitor machine performance to maintain quality, efficiency, and material flow.
• Perform quality checks and report status to supervisor.
• Maintain records and complete housekeeping duties as required.
• Adhere to safety rules and use PPE when required.
