Job summary

4over is hiring a Bindery Operator I for the 1st shift in Arlington, TX. You will set up and operate bindery equipment to meet customer specs, monitor quality, and maintain production flow from 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM, five days a week. Salary ranges from $17.00 to $20.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.

The role requires 1 year in a fast-paced production environment and a High School Diploma or GED. Training may occur at other times and safety PPE is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in fast-paced production or manufacturing.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalency.

Responsibilities

• Review batching systems and job tickets to identify priority work.
• Set up machines and verify readiness; adjust parameters for production.
• Monitor machine performance and adjust as needed for quality and efficiency.
• Perform quality checks and report status to supervisor.
• Troubleshoot issues and alert supervisor for unresolved problems.
• Conduct routine machine maintenance, lubrication, and cleaning.
• Unload materials and stack finished products safely.
• Remove waste items for recycling.
• Report injuries, illnesses, and near misses immediately.
• Adhere to safety rules and wear PPE when required.
• Maintain records and paperwork; assist with housekeeping.
• Attend department/company meetings as needed.
