Job summary

4over is seeking a Bindery Operator to set up, adjust and safely operate bindery equipment to produce finished products that meet customer specifications and quality standards.

The role includes reviewing job tickets, setting up machines, monitoring performance, performing quality checks, and maintaining safety and housekeeping in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The position is 3rd shift with nights; compensation commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced production or manufacturing environments.
• Ability to read and interpret job tickets and production documents.
• Capable of basic math operations for quality checks and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Set up machines and adjust parameters to meet production requirements.
• Monitor machine performance and maintain quality and efficiency.
• Conduct quality control checks and report any issues promptly.
• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and housekeeping.
• Adhere to safety rules and wear PPE as required.
• Complete and maintain required records and paperwork.
