Job summary

B&I Contractors, Inc. is seeking a BIM/VDC Project Supervisor to lead VDC efforts across multiple trades on major Florida projects. The role requires senior-level oversight of BIM processes, standards, and coordination to ensure constructible, model-based information supports scheduling and installation.

The ideal candidate brings 5–10+ years of BIM/VDC experience, strong leadership, and a clear ability to align BIM activities with project goals and field operations.

Qualifications

5–10+ years of experience in BIM/VDC or construction technology.
Led BIM/VDC efforts on complex projects across multiple trades.
Strong understanding of MEP workflows, coordination, and model handoff.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary BIM/VDC point of contact for the project and coordinate across trades.
Lead development and enforcement of the BEP, set model turnover and detail expectations.
Ensure VDC deliverables align with scope, schedule, and construction strategy.
Coordinate with Project Management, Field Ops, and external partners to minimize risk and rework.
