Job summary

Suffolk Construction is seeking a Regional BIM/VDE Manager to lead Digital Engineering strategies across Florida and USVI. You will drive BIM execution, model coordination, and Digital Delivery across multiple large projects, coordinating clients, trades, and project teams for constructible decisions.

The role requires 8–10 years of VDC experience, advanced BIM skills (Revit/Navisworks), mentoring capabilities, and strong communication.

Qualifications

4-year degree in an accredited industry related curriculum.
Minimum 8-10 years of VDC design/construction experience with progressive responsibilities.
Proven success leading VDC on large, complex projects.
Strong understanding of general construction techniques and systems.
Expertise in 3D parametric modeling and model coordination software (Revit, Navisworks).
Experience mentoring and managing direct reports.
Excellent written and verbal communication, presentations skills.
Willingness to work from West Palm Beach or Miami offices with relocation to St. Thomas later.

Responsibilities

Deliver Digital Engineering, VDC, and Digital Delivery across Florida and USVI regions.
Develop BIM Execution Plans and Digital Engineering strategies.
Create 3D/4D/5D/6D/7D models to support project phases.
Manage DE/VDC/DD on multiple large projects and coordinate stakeholders.
Train regional teams and trade partners on digital tools and workflows.
Report project data and KPIs to leadership.
Build client relationships and ensure exceptional delivery.
