Holder Construction, a leader in the construction industry, is seeking a BIM/VDC Senior Engineer for its Virtual Design & Construction team in the United States. This full-time, in-person position requires 3-5 years of BIM/VDC experience and proficiency with modeling tools.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of BIM/VDC experience on commercial construction projects.
• To be proficient with 3D modeling and coordination tools.
• Strong understanding of construction management processes.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate problem-solving using technology and collaboration.
• Coordinate workload with VDC Manager(s).
• Lead clash resolution meetings and ensure tasks are completed.

Skills
