Holder Construction is seeking a BIM/VDC Senior Engineer for our project in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in BIM/VDC on commercial construction projects and a relevant bachelor's degree. Qualifications

• 3–5 years of BIM/VDC experience on commercial construction projects.
• Strong working knowledge of contract documents and project schedules.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate problem-solving using technology and collaboration.
• Coordinate workload with VDC Manager(s) for projects.
• Lead clash resolution and coordination meetings.
