• 15+ years in BIM environments; 5+ years leading multidisciplinary BIM teams.
• Deep experience with ACC/BIM 360, Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement project BIM standards and templates.
• Lead ACC administration in the BIM environment.
• Establish model coordination processes across projects.
• Build an automation roadmap focusing on delivery needs.
• Recruit, develop, and manage BIM staff.
