Job summary

Grimshaw in Los Angeles is seeking a seasoned Project BIM Manager to lead BIM delivery on complex projects, supporting design teams as the subject matter expert and coordinating with the North America BIM team.

The role requires developing and enforcing the BIM Execution Plan, setting up Revit models for federation, and ensuring compliance with Grimshaw and client standards while mentoring staff and collaborating with the New York studio on initiatives and R&D.

Qualifications

• 5+ years BIM management on mid- to large-scale projects.
• Experience leading BIM teams and coordinating with consultants.
• Degree in architecture or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM processes, workflows and coordination on assigned projects.
• Set up new Revit project models to support federation strategy.
• Ensure Revit models comply with Grimshaw and/or client BIM standards.
• Provide at-desk support to design teams and create BIM content.
