Job summary

You’ll oversee server infrastructure, model health, and coordination processes, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to drive efficient design reviews and successful project outcomes within HDR's Built Environment portfolio.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years digital design (BIM element authoring) experience
• Minimum 5 years digital delivery (model management) experience
• Understanding of discipline relations and building systems
• Advanced skills in 3D design software and document management infrastructure
• Advanced skills in 3D coordination tools

Responsibilities

• Provide direction for Digital Delivery Coordinators and Specialists
• Manage the digital model environment and project deliverables
• Develop and maintain the Digital Delivery Plan (DDP) and project initiation procedure
• Execute digital deliverables across project lifecycles
• Maintain model health and coordinate processes
• Mentor team members and provide technical guidance
• Oversee document management system and server infrastructure
• Ensure software, versions, access, and training availability
• Lead design reviews and 3D coordination processes
• Coordinate with HDR management and clients
