Kimley-Horn is seeking an Experienced BIM Manager to join our MEP team in St. Pete, Florida. The role focuses on leading BIM coordination acrossElectrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing disciplines, delivering multi-discipline projects with Revit and Autodesk tools, and driving standards and workflows.

You will mentor staff, lead project efforts, and collaborate across multiple Kimley-Horn offices to expand the MEP practice. Strong communication and leadership are required.

Formación

• 10+ years of relevant experience in BIM leadership and coordination.
• Strong design skills in Revit and Autodesk software for MEP.
• Experience leading multi-discipline BIM coordination efforts across offices.
• Ability to mentor staff and manage project resources effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the BIM Manager on projects and support the ongoing expansion of Kimley-Horn's MEP practice.
• Coordinate with Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, and other internal disciplines on projects with the use of Revit and BIM to deliver multi-discipline projects.
• Establish and maintain BIM standards, protocols, and workflows to streamline project coordination for multiple projects in multiple offices.
• The successful candidate will be given autonomy to lead, direct, and grow their business.
