Kimley-Horn in St. Pete, Florida (FL) is seeking an Experienced BIM Manager to join the MEP team on-site. You will drive multi-discipline BIM coordination using Revit and BIM workflows, and establish standards across projects and offices.

You will lead, mentor, and grow the team, with opportunities to travel to other Kimley-Horn offices to provide project support and ensure quality delivery.

Competenze

• 10+ years of BIM/MEP experience.
• Strong design skills in Revit and Autodesk products.
• MEP design skills including content creation, families, and schedules.
• Willingness to travel to other Kimley-Horn offices.
• Ability to lead and mentor staff.

Mansioni

• Serve as the BIM Manager on projects and support expansion of the MEP practice.
• Coordinate with Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing and other disciplines using Revit and BIM.
• Establish and maintain BIM standards, protocols, and workflows across multiple projects and offices.
