Job summary

Kimley-Horn in St. Pete, Florida (FL) is seeking an Experienced BIM Manager to join the MEP team on-site. You will drive multi-discipline BIM coordination using Revit and BIM workflows, and establish standards across projects and offices.

You will lead, mentor, and grow the team, with opportunities to travel to other Kimley-Horn offices to provide project support and ensure quality delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of BIM/MEP experience.
• Strong design skills in Revit and Autodesk products.
• MEP design skills including content creation, families, and schedules.
• Willingness to travel to other Kimley-Horn offices.
• Ability to lead and mentor staff.

Overview

Kimley-Horn is looking for an Experienced BIM Manager to join our MEP team in St. Pete, Florida (FL)!

Responsibilities

• Serve as the BIM Manager on projects and support the ongoing expansion of Kimley-Horn’s MEP practice
• Coordinate with Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, and other internal disciplines on projects with the use of tools like Revit and BIM to deliver multi-discipline projects
• Establish and maintain BIM standards, protocols, and workflows to streamline project coordination for multiple projects in multiple offices
• The successful candidate will be given a great deal of autonomy to lead, direct, and grow their business

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience
• Strong design skills in Revit and other Autodesk products
• Design skills in MEP including content creation, families, and schedules
• Ability to travel to other Kimley-Horn offices extensively to provide project support
• Ability to effectively communicate positively at all levels of the organizationla>
• Ability to manage and mentor staff, and direct resources effectively in a positive manner
