Job summary

Prime Data Centers is seeking a Manager, BIM to own model development and coordination for tenant fit-out projects, including white space layouts, rack elevations, and cable tray/pathway routing. This role leads clash detection and multidisciplinary model integration across TFO and base-build models.

You will manage a BIM team, set standards, and ensure timely delivery while collaborating with field teams to update as-builts and resolve design conflicts early.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• 6+ years BIM management experience, ideally in data centers.
• Proficiency with Revit and clash detection tools, Navisworks.
• Experience developing BIM execution plans and modeling standards.
• People management experience.

Responsibilities

• Own BIM strategy and model development for tenant fit-out projects.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary model integration across electrical, mechanical, structural, and base-build.
• Manage and mentor a team of BIM technicians/modelers; establish standards and LOD.
• Lead clash detection and coordination sessions with GC and trades.
• Support field teams with as-built model updates during and after construction.
• Maintain BIM execution plan and standards library.
• Collaborate with Technical Engineering and Pre-Construction to flag design conflicts early.
