Job summary

Pfluger Architects seeks a BIM Manager to advance design technology across the firm. You will define BIM standards, build templates, and guide workflows while training teams and supporting project delivery.

You will administer cloud BIM platforms, refine content, and collaborate with leaders to keep Pfluger at the forefront of design technology. The role requires hands‑on leadership, strong communication, and a deep understanding of architectural processes with 8+ years of experience.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in BIM tools and cross‑discipline collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead firmwide BIM standards, templates, and workflows; ensure consistency and quality.
• Develop and deliver onboarding and ongoing BIM training; close knowledge gaps.
• Administer BIM platforms, manage content, templates, and user access in cloud environments.
• Stay informed on BIM trends and collaborate with leaders to evolve design technology capabilities.
