Job summary

Related Companies is seeking a BIM Coordinator to assist the Senior BIM Manager in New York. This role includes coordinating projects, managing MEP trade integration, and leading design meetings. Candidates should have a relevant degree and proficiency in leading BIM tools such as AutoCAD and Revit.

Strong candidates will have experience in high-rise projects and excellent communication skills. This position will be based full-time on-site to ensure effective collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Prior experience on high-rise commercial and/or residential projects strongly preferred.
• Strong 2D drafting and 3D modeling capabilities.
• Exceptional communications skills – written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a BIM coordination schedule.
• Manage and organize the project coordination documents folder.
• Facilitate and lead design coordination meetings.
• Oversee and coordinate all MEP trade models.
