Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of Revit/BIM experience or 7+ years in electrical construction.
• Intermediate knowledge of Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
• Proficiency with advanced Revit MEP features and BIM execution plans.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite and Bluebeam.
• Ability to use digital layout and scanning tools.
• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Team-oriented, collaborative approach with leadership potential.
• Willingness to travel 5–10% and work onsite as needed.
• Experience in healthcare, commercial, industrial, or mission-critical projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and review BIM models in Revit and Navisworks.
• Set up and manage central models, sheets, views, legends, and schedules; import and organize families.
• Lead or support clash detection, coordination meetings, and field validation.
• Mentor junior team members and document updates; promote workflow improvements.
• Support Prefabrication efforts and export layout files for field use.
