Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
• Proficiency with advanced Revit MEP features and BIM execution plans.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite and Bluebeam.
• Ability to use digital layout and scanning tools.
• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Team-oriented, collaborative approach with leadership potential.
• Willingness to travel 5–10% and work onsite as needed.

Prepare construction documents, revisions, and record drawings.* **Coordination & Collaboration:** Lead or support clash detection, coordination meetings, and resolution processes. Conduct job site visits to validate models and identify field solutions. Collaborate with project management and field teams to align design with execution. Support prefabrication efforts and export layout files for field use.* **Quality Assurance:** Review and verify work of team members for accuracy and adherence to standards. Conduct quality control checks on models and documentation.
