Job summary

Fisk Electric is seeking a BIM Designer 3 to join our Houston, TX office. You will develop, coordinate, and review BIM models for complex construction projects, ensuring models are constructible and aligned with project standards.

The role requires intermediate Revit/Navisworks skills, BIM execution plan experience, and collaboration with project teams. Candidates should be prepared to travel 5-10% and work onsite as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years of Revit/BIM experience or 7+ years in electrical construction.
• Intermediate knowledge of Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
• Proficiency with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
• Proficiency with advanced Revit MEP features and BIM execution plans.
• Proficiency with Bluebeam and Microsoft 365 Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and coordinate BIM models in Revit and Navisworks.
• Set up and manage central models, sheets, views, legends, and schedules.
• Import, organize, and maintain Revit families, templates, and project filters.
• Prepare construction documents, revisions, and record drawings.
• Lead or support clash detection, coordination meetings, and resolution processes.
