Job summary

Fisk Electric, a Tutor Perini Company, is seeking a BIM Designer 3 for our Houston, TX office. You will develop, coordinate, and review BIM models for complex electrical projects, primarily using Revit and Navisworks, ensuring constructability and alignment with project standards.

Reporting to the VDC/BIM director, you will mentor peers, lead clash detection, support field teams, and push for process improvements through advanced Revit MEP features and digital layout tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years Revit/BIM experience or 7+ years in electrical construction.
• Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks; ACC experience.
• Strong understanding of BIM execution plans and MEP features.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Modeling, maintaining, and coordinating BIM models in Revit and Navisworks.
• Lead or support clash detection and coordination meetings with project teams.
• QA/QC checks to ensure adherence to standards and NEC requirements.
• Mentor junior team members and communicate updates clearly.
• Apply advanced Revit MEP features and explore digital layout tools.
