Job summary

Armada is hiring a Senior Data Center BIM Designer to own the BIM model spanning civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, piping, controls, and ICT for modular data centers. You will integrate 3D models from vendors into a single facility model and set standards for libraries, templates, and drawing conventions.

This is a remote-based role for the continental US with 10–20% travel to project sites and fabrication facilities, reporting to product/engineering leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years hands-on BIM/CAD design in commercial, industrial, or modular/offshore projects.
• Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, with multi-discipline modeling and clash coordination.
• Autodesk Certified Professional certification is preferred; travel 10–20%.

Responsibilities

• Own a coordinated Revit/BIM model across CSA, MEP, and ICT for MDC product lines.
• Build and govern drawing libraries, templates, title blocks, and naming conventions.
• Lead BIM templates for new product development (Galleon/Leviathan/Orion).
• Coordinate cross-discipline clashes and act as escalation point.
