Job summary

Fleet Data Centers seeks a Senior BIM Designer MEP Engineer to review Revit and Navisworks models, ensure BIM standards, and support design, construction, and operations teams globally.

The role develops piping, instrumentation, and electrical layouts; maintains BIM standards and workflows; leads BIM implementation across international projects and ensures data quality and collaboration using Autodesk tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of design and construction experience.
• Extensive experience managing MEP delivery across multiple projects or business units.
• Ability to lead BIM implementation and educate internal teams on BIM procedures.

Responsibilities

• BIM Implementation Strategy, establishing and maintaining BIM standards, processes, and workflows and training internal teams.
• BIM oversight of all aspects of the data center life cycle design, construction, and maintenance of BIM models.
• Lead discussions on engineering and construction best practices and establish new standards.
• Develop BIM Implementation strategy and deliver complex international projects.
• Review consultant BIM documentation and ensure data quality and standards compliance.
• CDE Management and support efficient multi-stakeholder project management.
• Coordinate BIM execution and project delivery with project leadership.
• Develop and maintain BEP, MIDP, MPDT and related BIM documents.
• Provide technical support and training for digital workflows and content management.
