Fleet Data Centers seeks a Senior BIM Designer MEP Engineer to review Revit and Navisworks models, ensure BIM standards, and support design, construction, and operations teams globally.
The role develops piping, instrumentation, and electrical layouts; maintains BIM standards and workflows; leads BIM implementation across international projects and ensures data quality and collaboration using Autodesk tools.

The Senior BIM Designer MEP Engineer will be responsible for reviewing project Revit and Navisworks models assessing model development, modeling standards and practices and adherence to the BIM standards and compile your comments on the same. They will be responsible for supporting partner teams such as design, construction, and operations.
The BIM Designer MEP will be responsible for establishing and maintaining BIM standards, processes, and workflows. The candidate shall also be responsible for the BIM lifecycle of multiple design projects across the globe.
The candidate shall also be responsible for developing piping, instrumentation, and electrical plantroom layouts along with single line diagrams and schematics.
