The role emphasizes multi-disciplinary collaboration, Plant 3D for P&IDs, and maintaining CAD/BIM standards. Denver-based, full-time, with a focus on project delivery and technical excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CAD design and BIM coordination experience.
• Experience on Water/Wastewater facility projects preferred.
• Expertise in Revit across structural, mechanical/HVAC, and plumbing.
• Experience with Navisworks and ACC for clash resolution.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Plant 3D for P&IDs and piping models.

Responsibilities

• 3D Modeling & Design of structural components, HVAC, piping, and plumbing using Revit.
• BIM Coordination & Clash Detection using Navisworks and ACC to resolve conflicts.
• Cross-discipline collaboration to integrate design packages.
• Develop P&ID and plant 3D piping models in Plant 3D where required.
• Quality control to ensure CAD/BIM standards and constructible outputs.
• Manage design tasks from concept through construction documentation with minimal supervision.
