Job summary

Dewberry is seeking a BIM Coordinator / CAD Designer to lead modeling for water and wastewater facilities. The role focuses on coordinating structural, HVAC, piping, and plumbing across disciplines using Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and ACC/Forma to resolve clashes and ensure timely delivery.

You’ll collaborate with project teams, maintain CAD/BIM standards, and drive design tasks from concept through construction documents.

Qualifications

5+ years of CAD design and BIM coordination experience.
Experience with Water/Wastewater facility projects preferred.
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit across disciplines (structural, HVAC, piping, plumbing).
Experience with Navisworks and ACC/Forma for clash resolution.

Responsibilities

3D modeling and design of structural components, HVAC, piping, and plumbing in Revit.
Lead BIM coordination and clash detection workflows; resolve interdisciplinary conflicts.
Coordinate with internal engineers and project managers across disciplines.
Develop P&ID and plant models using Plant 3D where required.
Maintain CAD/BIM standards and produce constructible outputs.
Manage design tasks from concept to construction documents with minimal supervision.
