Salas O’Brien, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior BIM Coordinator to support our growing MEPF engineering teams. You will provide advanced BIM and Revit support, coordinate models across multiple projects, and help implement consistent BIM practices throughout the firm.

The successful candidate will mentor BIM staff, maintain BIM standards, and collaborate with BIM Managers, project managers, and engineers across Denver, CO and other office locations. Remote options available.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of BIM and Revit experience in the AEC industry.
• Strong proficiency in Revit, especially for MEP.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary Revit models.
• Knowledge of Autodesk Forma and cloud collaboration workflows.
• Understanding BIM standards, model organization, view templates, and families.
• Experience with construction documentation and drawings delivery.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently with BIM Managers.

Responsabilités

• Provide advanced BIM and Revit support to MEPF engineering and design teams across multiple projects.
• Coordinate project setup, model organization, project templates, and BEPs.
• Troubleshoot complex Revit modeling issues, linked models, worksharing conflicts, and coordination challenges.
• Support project deliverables, drawing production, model publishing, and quality control.
• Maintain BIM standards, Revit templates, view templates, filters, worksets, shared parameters, and project content.
• Provide mentoring to BIM Coordinators, designers, and other team members; ensure consistency across offices.
• Assist with Revit family development and project setup in Autodesk Forma.
• Manage cloud publishing, model linking, and cross-team coordination.
