Job summary

Salas O’Brien is seeking a BIM Specialist/modeler to support project managers and design teams in developing MEP models (LOD 200-350) for design drawings and construction documents. You will contribute to BIM content management and support digital delivery initiatives in a collaborative, office-based environment.

Qualified candidates have technical college diploma, 5+ years in engineering drafting, and at least 3 years of Revit experience, with strong communication and organization for multiple

Qualifications

• Completion of a technical college diploma in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction.
• 5+ years of engineering drafting and experience.
• Minimum of 3 years experience working with Autodesk Revit.

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing drawing sets, plans and details with engineers.
• Set up new projects in Revit environment.
• Provide guidance to Engineers for detail development.
• Develop Revit families, schedules, and project details.
• Develop Revit templates.
• Develop and coordinate construction documents.
• May act as a coordinator on projects.
• Support the development of BIM content.
