Job summary

Salas O’Brien, Inc. seeks a Senior BIM Coordinator to support our MEPF engineering teams across multiple projects. You will coordinate Revit models, maintain BIM standards, and assist with BEPs while collaborating with BU BIM Managers to deliver consistent BIM workflows.

The ideal candidate has deep Revit expertise, strong problem-solving and mentoring skills, and can manage several projects concurrently, including work across different offices and remote settings.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in BIM and Revit within AEC.
• Strong Revit proficiency, especially for MEP.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary Revit models.
• Knowledge of Forma and cloud-based workflows.
• Understanding BIM standards, model organization and families.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced BIM and Revit support to MEPF engineering and design teams across multiple projects.
• Assist BIM Coordinators with project setup, model organization, templates, and BEPs.
• Troubleshoot complex Revit modeling issues and cloud collaboration challenges.
• Support project deliverables, drawing production, model publishing, and quality control.
• Maintain BIM standards, Revit templates, and project content across offices.
• Mentor BIM Coordinators and ensure consistent BIM practices.
