Job summary

CMTA, a Legence company, seeks a Senior BIM Coordinator in New York City to lead the production and quality of Revit MEP models and construction documents. You will draft, model, and coordinate HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems while upholding CMTA's BIM standards.

Join a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team delivering commercial, corporate, educational, and high-rise projects. Strong Revit and Navisworks skills are essential, with Dynamo scripting a plus.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years BIM experience in MEP projects.
• Proficiency in Revit (MEP), AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
• Experience with parametric design and Dynamo scripting.
• Experience at architecture/engineering firm.
• BIM standards, codes, and regulations knowledge.
• Experience with BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Strong data management and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Model 3D Revit MEP systems from CAD/BIM backgrounds.
• Draft and edit construction documents from BIM models.
• Set up new MEP Revit projects using CMTA templates.
• Run clash detection and model coordination with Navisworks.
• Lead BIM coordination meetings and guide design decisions.
• Develop BIM documentation: BEP, templates, QA/QC checklists.
