Hart Howerton in New York is seeking a BIM Coordinator to lead Building Information Modeling efforts across projects. You will serve as the primary BIM contact, coordinating with project managers and design teams to establish model workflows and deliver parametric content.

A strong Revit background and 3D coordination skills are essential. The successful candidate will have 3+ years of professional Revit experience, knowledge of design/drawing production, and the ability to work independently

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional Revit experience.
• Professional degree in planning, architecture, architecture technology, or a related field.
• Experience in architecture or engineering.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate BIM efforts across projects.
• Establish, develop, and implement document control workflows.
• Create and maintain parametric content such as families, templates, and content libraries.
• Provide training, mentorship, and technical support to staff in Revit and related software.
• Monitor and streamline Revit models to maintain model health and BIM standards.
• Advocate for ACC workflows within BIM tools.
