Job summary

Hart Howerton is seeking a BIM Coordinator to lead Building Information Modeling efforts across projects in our NYC and SF offices. You will work with project managers and design teams, establishing and implementing model workflows and creating parametric content to support design development.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of professional Revit experience, strong design and drawing production knowledge, and the ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional Revit experience.
• Professional degree in planning, architecture, architecture technology, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM efforts across projects.
• Establish, develop, and implement document control workflows.
• Create and maintain parametric content such as families, templates, and content libraries.
• Provide training, mentorship, and technical support in Revit and related software.
• Monitor and streamline Revit models to maintain model health and BIM standards.
• Advocate for ACC workflows across the BIM ecosystem.
