Job summary

Hart Howerton is seeking a BIM Manager to lead modeling and digital practice excellence across complex projects in our San Francisco and New York offices. You will supervise BIM teams, mentor staff, and ensure adherence to firm standards, with advanced proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and Dynamo.

The role includes training, QA, automation, cloud platforms, and driving innovation across the practice. Salary ranges from $85,000 to $110,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Professional degree in planning or architecture or related field.
• 7+ years experience with BIM, at least 5 years in architecture practice.
• Leadership and mentoring of BIM teams; ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary consultants.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project BIM teams, coordinating with consultants and project meetings.
• Provide technical support, training, and mentoring on BIM tools (Revit, Dynamo).
• Develop and maintain BIM content, templates, and firmwide standards.
• Conduct QA reviews, troubleshoot model issues, and develop automated dashboards.
• Manage cloud-based delivery platforms and collaborate with IT to automate workflows.
• Identify opportunities to improve BIM workflows and explore AI-enabled tools.
