Job summary

Bechtel is seeking a BIM Coordinator in Chandler, AZ to lead day-to-day BIM coordination across disciplines, manage Revit families, templates, and project content, and ensure coordinated model delivery. You will mentor BIM Specialists and support BIM 360/ACC workflows, collaborating with design teams and project stakeholders.

The role emphasizes lead-level coordination, strong communication, and the ability to balance production with project standards, on a large semiconductor fabrication

Qualifications

• Typically 7+ years of BIM, Revit, digital delivery, design, engineering, or construction technology experience, including lead-level coordination responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily BIM coordination for discipline or multi-discipline scopes.
• Provide technical direction to BIM Specialists and model users.
• Manage Revit content, templates, and families to ensure quality.
• Support BIM cloud collaboration, access, and publishing workflows.
• Mentor team members on BIM standards, modeling practices, and workflows.
• Coordinate with IT and software support for advanced needs.
