Job summary

Dewberry is seeking an experienced CAD/BIM Manager to support a high-priority federal client. You will manage large data sets and direct work in a classified environment, leading a local team of facilities professionals and BIM/CAD specialists.

The ideal candidate has strong technical and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, and experience across design, documentation, and facilities management for government projects.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Active TS/SCI clearance at time of hire.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Business, Public Administration, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in commercial/government office building design and construction.
• Proficiency with the most current version of Revit and AutoCAD.
• Experience supporting national security, intelligence, law enforcement, defense, or federal programs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain portfolio, AutoCAD and Revit Libraries.
• Be proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office Programs.
• Lead a local team of facilities professionals and Operations staff.
• Develop BIM standards and procedures for Dewberry facilities.
• Integrate BIM into the design and construction process and support project teams.
• Provide documentation and ensure accuracy against as-builts; visit job sites as needed.
